What will you be doing?

  • Above all, helping others! Our customers are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet, and we want to do everything we can to support them and help them to achieve their goals!
  • Provide customers with info on how we can help their school or non-profit organization achieve their fundraising goals.
  • Communicate with customers and provide information about our services, enter and process orders, maintain accounts, and help customers with concerns and/or questions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, as well as actions taken.
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities shared by all members of the organization in an effort to efficiently and effectively run our organization.

Making this happen requires a small army and that’s our Customer Care Team! You will work with churches, youth athletic teams, schools, and non-profit organizations to develop long-lasting relationships as you work together to achieve our customer’s goals.

  • $19.23/hour (with the potential for optional over-time).
